John Finke- Camp Director
Coach Finke was the Head Boys' Coach at West Milford High School from 1989-2019. He is the most successful coach
in school history with close to 400 wins. His teams have won 5 Conference Championships, appeared in the Passaic County
Semifinals 5 times and went to the Group 3 Section 1 Finals 3 times. His teams won 15 or more games in 18 different
years. The 2018-19 Team won 19 games. He was named conference, county or area Coach of the Year 12 times.
He was also a Physical Education Teacher at Macopin School for the 28 years before retiring in December of 2020 after dedicating
33 years total to the West Milford School District. Coach Finke was inducted into the West Milford High School Athletic Hall
of Fame on October 9. In addition to his 30 year Basketball career, he is also the winningest coach in school history in Girls
Soccer and Boys Golf.
Bob Henry- Director of Operations Bob Henry helped start Fast Break Camp back in 1992!
At the time Bob was not only coaching Connie Mack baseball but was also the High School CYO Head Basketball Coach. Coach
Henry takes care of all the behind the scenes things at Fast Break. Coach Henry has been an integral part of the West
Milford community for over 50 years and in 2022 was inducted into the West Milford High School Hall of Fame as a special contributor!
Fast Break Camp is so proud to have Bob as a leader of our program and would like to congratulate him on becoming a Hall of
Famer!
McKenzie Morando- Camp Director Head Boys' Basketball Coach West Milford High School Coach Morando
is in his 4th year as the Highlanders Head Coach and is entering his 3rd year as Camp Director of Week 2 of our camp. He has
injected life and energy into the program and has the team playing with enthusiasm and hustle. He was the Highlander
point guard from 2007-09 and led the team to 2 straight Group 3 Section 1 Finals. He was a tremendous point guard and
leader and he brings those same character traits to the sidelines for the Highlanders.
